Orders will be shipped via regular mail within 3 days of order placement. - Shipping charges are 15% of total order.

Returns

Returns are accepted on new, unopened packages within 30 days.
Shipping cost is non-refundable, return item must be in its original/unused condition.
Return product can be mailed or brought to EYA office (517-119 W Pender) if arranged ahead of time
Mason Bee cocoons are non-refundable
