Workshops:
Kids Yoga
Thursday July 7, 1pm-1:45pm. By donation
Stretch, breathe, dance and play. For kids big and small! Stick around for Art in Nature afterward.
Art in Nature
Thursday July 7, 2pm-3pm. Suggested Donation $7
Use natural materials to inspire your creations. Come early for Kid's Yoga at 1pm and double up on the fun. All ages welcome.
Garden Brews
Thursday July 21st 6pm - 8pm. Suggested Donation $12
Garden Brews will introduce you to the wonderful world of teas from and for the garden! Learn about the healing power of herbal teas as we conscientiously harvest plants from the Strathcona neighborhood, and prepare a unique herbal infusion. As you sip your fresh herbal tea, we will demonstrate how to prepare Aerated Compost Tea to benefit your garden's soil ecology.
Seasonal Salve
Thursday, August 11th, 6pm - 8m. Suggested Donation $12
From start to finish, delve into the fun of making local herbal creations. Help harvest local, seasonal plants and learn about healing herbs in your own backyard! Salves are herbal ointments, filled with natural ingredients to help soften and heal your skin. Take home your own salve at the end.

Perennial Propagation
Thursday, August 25th, 6pm - 8m. Suggested Donation $12
Learn the basics of perennial plant propagation. We will be harvesting and preparing semi-hardwood cuttings for participants to take home. Materials and tools are provided, but if you have a set of hand pruners, please bring them!

Yoga for Gardeners
Every Monday 7pm-8:30pm. By donation. Starts June 20.
